All prices on the Baby Stitch website are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Bearing in mind your location, Baby Stitch carefully selects the best delivery service to ensure you receive your gift as quickly as possible. We use reputable courier companies and Australia Post.
If no-one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to arrange an alternative delivery time. For recipients who work full-time it may be best to give a work address for delivery. We use a combination of Fastway Courier, Parcellink & Australia Post. If you are sending the gift to a unit please check if it’s a secured complex as sometimes the courier can have problems delivering the gift and we advise that it may be better to send the gift to a business address if you can.
All gifts are registered for tracking and if no-one is home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card requesting you collect the package from your local post office. We can also address your delivery to a PO Box. If you are sending the gift to a unit please check if it’s a secured complex as sometimes the courier can have problems delivering the gift and we advise that it may be better to send the gift to a business address if you can.

We are unable to continue to deliver direct to hospitals due to mums being discharged so quickly. What we suggest is have the gift delivered direct to their homes.

When your baby gifts is needed to be delivered urgently we are able to Express deliver your gifts. as long as the post code area falls in the express post area. To book an express delivery of your gift please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or click on express post in the shopping cart area.
If you need the gift urgently we have a express rate of $25.00 where the gift will leave within 24 hours.
Delivery Special Notes
* Per section (6A) of the Liquor Act, purchasers and recipients of gifts containing alcohol must be 18 years of age or older.
From time to time, for reasons beyond our control, certain items featured on the website are unavailable. In this case the item will be replaced with carefully selected comparable product, of equal quality and value.l
* Please take care to provide the correct address. If redirection is required after the gift has been dispatched, additional charges will apply.
* In the highly unlikely event that your gift is not received, please contact us as soon as possible. If your gift is damaged when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order we can offer a full refund, on the condition that your gift has not already been embroidered and/or dispatched. All refunds will be made within 24 hours to your credit card.
